When it comes to exercising, I tend to think of it as it applies to my physical body going for a run, stretching, lifting weights, etc.

As someone who tends to be on the more skeptical side, I’ve never really put much stock into personally being able to develop any kind of psychic abilities.

However, many people claim that these simple techniques can help open the mind to a whole world of psychic possibilities. And since these exercises are so simple, I figure, why not give them a shot?

Simply have a friend hide a piece of your clothing or an item that you use a lot. Then, try to sense where exactly the item is hidden.
